Refund policy

Returns

Our refund policy lasts for a period of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. To start the process let us know by emailing us at hello@rocketjack.co.uk.

Non-returnable items

We are unable to offer a refund of gift cards or personalised prints (unless damaged).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will be in touch. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damages

In the event that any items you receive are defective or damaged, we would be more than happy to replace them. Simply let us know at hello@rocketjack.co.uk.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

Shipping

To return your order, kindly mail your package to the following address: Rocket Jack, C.O. Simon West, 50 Aldrington Avenue, Hove, E Sussex, BN3 7EN. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we won’t be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
